Rick Warner, started in the field of hospitality over 30 years ago. He quickly rose from bell hop to assistant controller for the Hyatt Hotel chain. Once in the accounting field, he learned the many different aspects of how an office should be operated, putting into practice the balance of personal and professional.
Rick has more recently worked with a major automotive parts manufacturing company as a consulting financial analyst, and as a bookkeeper with a CPA firm in Tennessee. Additionally, Rick has experience in both retail and service industries writing procedure manuals and presenting informational seminars on accounting software.
Rick enjoys spending his time finding better ways to help others. In his personal life, he uses his analytical skills doing volunteer work for historical and research organizations as an avid genealogist. “Can we know who we are, if we know not from where we come?” he asks.
When asked why he wants to spend his time helping others organize their lives, he simply says, “I believe we should work to live, not live to work.” Rick is a man of action, and started Mountain To Molehill so that he can stand as example that, as he puts it;
Life can be a smooth means
To a satisfying end.

Happiness is not determined
By our surroundings
But our surroundings
By our happiness
