Your Mountain to Molehill representative will schedule a consultation at your convenience, and will give you the 100% attention that you deserve.  During your consultation you will receive suggestions and recommendations as to how we may best be able to help you with your unique situation.

One-Time Analysis:

In most instances a one-time analysis will suite your needs.  This will involve your Mountain to Molehill representative visiting your location.  We will examine your current procedures and organization, and make recommendations for you to have a more organized and clutter-free life or work area.

This service may take any where from a few hours, to a few days.  Most one-time analysis / per situation cases take only one or two days.

Retainment Services:

If you have a small business or in-home business, ask about our recurring services.  These range from a monthly retainer, where your representative will be available on an “On-Call” basis, to a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual agreement for your fiscal year-end.

Our retainment services can be as comprehensive as total bookkeeping services, to managing and reconciling your banking and credit card statements on a regular basis, to offering our scanning services to reduce your paper files.
